{"id":9635,"date":"2025-07-15T13:28:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T12:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/familjen.larsen.vc\/?p=9635"},"modified":"2025-07-16T14:37:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T13:37:25","slug":"testade-milen-idag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/familjen.larsen.vc\/?p=9635","title":{"rendered":"Testade milen idag"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Det var lite motigt att bege sig ut denna dag, n\u00e4r jag inte sprungit p\u00e5 ett par dagar, men jag besl\u00f6t till slut att bege mig ut p\u00e5 en runda som skulle str\u00e4cka sig 10km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det blev Lorensborgsgatan upp mot Ollebo, f\u00f6r att sedan ta mig f\u00f6rbi Sysav och vidare bort till Klagshamnsv\u00e4gen, d\u00e4r jag sv\u00e4ngde h\u00f6ger f\u00f6r att springa f\u00f6rbi kalkbrottet och sedan tillbaka hem\u00e5t, f\u00f6rbi Limhamns IP, Limhamns kyrka och Djupadalsskolan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redan efter 5km b\u00f6rjade det att k\u00e4nnas tungt och efter 6km fick jag b\u00f6rja g\u00e5 en del.
