Hade \u00e4ven 3-st SIS-gels med mig ut, vilka intogs med ca: 30-minuters mellanrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passet var att springa i 1-timme och 21-minnuter i tempot 6:30\/km, vilket fungerade ganska bra de f\u00f6rsta 10 km. Sprang sedan f\u00f6rbi SYSAV och vidare mot Bunkeflostrand, \u00e4nda ner till Klagshamnsv\u00e4gen, vilken jag sedan f\u00f6ljde \u00e4nda bort till Kalkbrottsgatan. Sprang ner under och upp, via Limhamns IP, f\u00f6rbi Limhamns Kyrka och sedan hela v\u00e4gen ner p\u00e5 Norra Hylliev\u00e4gen, d\u00e4r jag sedan tog ett varv runt Killan, f\u00f6r att avsluta de sista minutrarna i gatorna runt omkring , f\u00f6r att komma hem i tid f\u00f6r avslut.
