Idag begav jag mig ut p\u00e5 Elinelundsrundan motsols, med avsikten att h\u00e5lla ett tempo som resulterade i en runda utan stopp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efter f\u00f6rsta km sade r\u00f6sten att jag sprungit p\u00e5 5:56, vilket \u00e4r ganska fort, s\u00e5 jag undrade om jag skulle orka i detta tempo. Fortsatte h\u00e5lla steget, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte ta det lugnare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det visade sig dock att tempot var n\u00e5got h\u00f6gre p\u00e5 2:a km. 5:50, men nu b\u00f6rjade det g\u00e5 uppf\u00f6r Bl\u00e5sebergabron, som ju \u00e4r l\u00e5ng. Det visade sig ocks\u00e5, n\u00e4r jag kom fram vid Sysav, p\u00e5 andra sidan bron, d\u00e5 tiden sa 5:56 igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag joggade verkligen hela v\u00e4gen och det k\u00e4ndes ocks\u00e5 OK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efter fullgjord runda, kom det femte vykortet fr\u00e5n Caminon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
